1. Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with any included accessories and documentation.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@cuddlecovepets.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Products without original packaging or missing components

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  •  General Overview

    • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

    • Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.
