1. Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with any included accessories and documentation.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@cuddlecovepets.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Products without original packaging or missing components
Items marked as Final Sale
General Overview
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.
