1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (additional fees apply)

  • Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays from the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Rates

  • will be charged 9$ a flat shipping fee at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be calculated during checkout.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@cuddlecovepets.com within 7 days.

  • We will work with the shipping provider to locate the package or issue a resolution.
